Travis has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting in 2002 at Federated Insurance where he served Manhattan and the six surrounding counties as their Marketing Rep. In 2008, the late Charlie Hostetler hired him as a Producer at Charlson & Wilson Insurance, just after the tornado had destroyed many homes and businesses in the “Little Apple”. Who knew such a devastating storm would be the reason many clients would end up switching to Charlson & Wilson Insurance!

Travis loves to be able to help his clients and friends with their insurance and he typically does it with a smile! Whether it’s Home and Auto, Business Insurance or Life Insurance, Travis does it all.

He and his wife Keely have four children: Xander, Monroe, Jude and Kingston. Travis’ parents still live in the area on a farm just South of I-70. (Yes, the one with the Sunflower and has their last name “SAY” inscribed in it!) In his spare time, you can find Travis spending time with his family and/or attending K-State sporting events. He is an avid runner and also serves on the board of directors for the Flint Hills Area Builders’ Association, Manhattan Area Sports Council and MHK Young Life. He is a member of the Manhattan Konza Rotary and an alumnus of the 2010 Class of Leadership Manhattan.
