Zachary Gleason manages the operations and staff development functions of C&W Insurance. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Duke University. Zachary has worked in the commercial insurance industry since 2007 when he earned the ARM (Associate in Risk Management) certification while gaining experience at both international brokerage firms and locally owned, community-focused agencies like C&W.

He believes independent agents should be client-centered, honest, and truly consultative. Zachary is passionate about helping agencies like C&W achieve their goals by serving their communities and developing their teams.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys time with his wife and four children, often spending it outdoors or on family adventures.
